The courts can make orders to protect people and property in the event of family violence via an Intervention Order.

You have been served with an Intervention Order

If you have been served with an Intervention Order read it carefully.
If you do not comply with  the Order you may be committing a criminal offence.

Do you need an Intervention Order

The Police have the power to apply for an Intervention Order on your behalf.
